In this session, campers think like eco-innovators as they tackle real-world challenges inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. Groups will tackle specific targets from urban farming and renewable energy integration to solutions for ocean plastic pollution and eco-friendly city designs. Campers will collaborate to brainstorm and prototype creative ideas that utilize tools and tech to build greener, more sustainable communities. The session is perfect for young changemakers ready to explore, invent, and lead the way toward a better world!
Session 2:
Inventor’s Playground: Design, Code and Build the Future of Play
(07/21/25 - 08/01/25)
In this hands-on session, campers prepare to become tomorrow’s inventors as they dive into the world of design, coding, and robotics to create their own games and systems. They'll experiment with the latest tech to build age-appropriate projects ranging from interactive mazes and games to motorized robots that can complete missions. Whether they're constructing simple machines or programming complex systems, campers will learn how to bring their bold ideas to life in a fun, collaborative environment. Perfect for curious minds and aspiring creators, this session encourages campers to imagine and build the playgrounds of tomorrow using tech they love.
